Welcome, dear readers, to a new chapter of our podcast! We are thrilled to have you here with us today, as we embark on an exciting venture to celebrate the beautiful journey of motherhood. While we may not have an Episode 157, we’ve been on an amazing path of discovery by releasing a second episode every week. In these special episodes, we have the privilege of connecting with incredible moms just like yourself, learning about their unique pregnancy experiences, birth stories, and the crucial recovery period after childbirth.

Calling All Strong Mothers

As we continue this awe-inspiring journey, we want to open the floor to you, our cherished listeners. If you have a story to share, we want to hear it! Whether your birth was a homebirth, vaginal delivery, cesarean, or involved any other birthing process, your story matters to us. There are no dull or unimportant stories here; each tale holds a unique power that can inspire and uplift others. So, if you’ve been hesitating, thinking your story might not be as exciting, think again! We believe every narrative deserves to be shared, appreciated, and celebrated.

A Holistic Approach

Our podcast strives to be a well-rounded and well-researched resource for all mothers out there. We are dedicated to presenting a holistic perspective, where every type of birth journey is respected and valued. By sharing diverse birth stories, we aim to create a safe space for discussions, learning, and empowerment.

How to Share Your Story

Reaching out to us is as easy as sending a message on Instagram to @fitnestmama. Once you do, we’ll send you a simple form to fill out, allowing us to know a little more about you and your journey. Don’t hesitate – we are eagerly waiting to hear from you!

Feedback is Essential

As we continue to grow and evolve, your feedback holds tremendous value to us. Podcasting can sometimes feel like speaking into a void, but it’s your ratings, reviews, emails, and Instagram messages that keep us connected to the community we cherish. If you’ve been enjoying our new schedule of two weekly episodes, we’d love to hear your thoughts! Your encouragement keeps us motivated, and constructive feedback helps us improve and reach even more moms who may benefit from our podcast.

Building a Supportive Community

Let’s face it; motherhood can be an isolating journey at times. But together, we can create a nurturing and supportive community where every voice is heard, and every story finds its place. By sharing our experiences, we uplift each other, finding strength, empathy, and wisdom in one another’s journeys.

Thank you for being a part of this wonderful podcasting journey. Your presence, your stories, and your feedback mean the world to us. We’ll be back next week with more bi-weekly episodes, as we continue to celebrate the power of motherhood, one episode at a time.
