I’m winging it today in this solo episode as I talk all about pelvic girdle pain, which is a really common issue that many women face during pregnancy. I talk about what it is, what might commonly irritate the pain, share my top tips on how to manage the pain and when you should seek professional advice.

Throughout my second pregnancy I struggled with pelvic girdle pain and I know how debilitating it can be. I share my story, the difficulties I faced seeking treatment with a toddler in tow and how that experience was a big driver toward establishing FitNest Mama.  

Every pregnancy is different and whatever your experience, there is always help available. If you’re struggling with pelvic girdle pain, this episode will give you a few quick tips to help you out and get you feeling more comfortable.
